Seattle Polyclinic Madison Center, a physician owned multispecialty clinic, is seeking a stellar Doctor of Audiology to join our team. We provide diagnostic and rehabilitation services for patients of all ages. Applicants should be skilled in basic audiometry, immittance, VRA/Play audiometry, ABR, DPOAEs, Videonystagmography, Speech in Noise testing and Real Ear Measures. They should have a good history of dispensing hearing instruments and assistive devices and providing consultation to patients and other professionals. We are a small and busy department and take great pride in giving the best care to our fantastic patients while staying dynamic and profitable. This 32-40 hour/week position comes with a great salary/compensation package with some flexibility in the schedule.

AuD – Doctor of Audiology from accredited university training program
Current Washington State Audiology license

The audiologist will provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, education and appropriate referral to patients and their families, related to hearing and balance disorders. Provide care within Group Health’s integrated group practice model with feedback to families, physicians, and other team members regarding diagnosis, treatment, and progress.

EducationMinimum Education Requirements Doctorate Degree Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
